In this video, I share the methods I have used to stay healthy (and free of colds and the flu) for over 6 years. The methods I share include my supplement routine, my lifestyle habits, and the specific exercises I do to improve white blood cell count and keep my immune system primed to fight off foreign bacteria, viruses, and microbes.
